Article 1 Purpose
These terms of use are for the purpose of stipulating the terms and conditions of use and operation of the services of "Tap" (hereinafter "Site").
Article 2 Definition of terms
The main terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows.
① Member: A person who has registered as a member by agreeing to the terms and conditions of the site and providing personal information, and is a user who signs a use contract with the site and uses the site.
② Usage contract: It refers to a contract concluded between the site and the member in relation to the use of the site.
③ Member ID (hereinafter "ID"): It refers to a unique combination of letters and numbers assigned to each member for member identification and member service use.
④ Password: It refers to a combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to verify that the member is a member that matches the ID given and protect the rights and interests of the member.
⑤ Operator: An operator who opens and operates a homepage in the service.
⑥ Termination: The member cancels the contract.
Article 3 rules other than the terms and conditions
If necessary, the operator can announce the operation policy separately, and if these terms and conditions overlap, the operation policy will take precedence.
Article 4 Signing a contract for use
① The contract of use is established by the operator's consent to the terms and conditions of use of the site by registering as a member and applying for subscription.
② Those who want to use the service by registering as a member sign up for the site by reading these terms and selecting "I agree" below to express their consent to these terms and conditions.
Article 5 application for service use
① Users who want to use the site by registering as a member must provide all the information (user ID, password, nickname, etc.) requested by the site.
② Members who do not register their true information, such as stealing other people's information or registering false information, cannot claim any rights in relation to the use of the site and may be punished according to relevant laws and regulations.
Article 6 Privacy Policy
The site and operator do not have a password among the personal information provided at the time of membership registration, and related parts follow the site's privacy policy.
The operator makes efforts to protect members' personal information, including member registration information, as stipulated by related laws.
Regarding the protection of members' personal information, we follow the relevant laws and regulations and the personal information processing policy set by the site.
However, the operator is not responsible for any information exposed due to reasons attributable to the member.
When a member registers and distributes illegal posts, such as posts that are hindered by public morals or violates national security, the operator may view the member's data and submit the data to the relevant institution upon request from the relevant institution.
Article 7 Obligation of Operator
① If the operator deems that the opinion or complaint raised by the user member is justified, he/she should handle it as soon as possible. However, if it is difficult to process quickly due to personal reasons, we will do our best by sending a notice or a note or e-mail to the user.
② In order to provide a continuous and stable site, the operator may request the site to repair or restore without delay when equipment is damaged or lost. However, if there is a natural disaster or unavoidable reason for the site or operator, the site operation may be temporarily suspended.
Article 8 obligations of members
① Members must comply with the matters notified by the site, such as matters stipulated in these terms and conditions, general regulations set by the operator, announcements, and operating policies, and other acts that interfere with the business of the site, damage the reputation of the site. You must not do anything that tells you.
② Members cannot transfer or donate the right to use the service or other status in the contract of use to another person, and cannot provide this as collateral unless there is explicit consent from the site.
③ Users must pay close attention to ID and password management, and they cannot provide their ID to a third party without the consent of the operator or site.
④ Members must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of the operator, the site and third parties.
Article 9 Service Hours
① Service hours are in principle 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there is a special problem in business or technology. However, the site may suspend service on the day or time set by the site for regular system inspection, expansion, and replacement, and service suspension due to scheduled work will be notified in advance on the site's website, so please refer to it from time to time.
② However, the site may temporarily or permanently suspend the service without prior notice or notice in the following cases.
-In case of urgent system inspection, extension, replacement, failure or malfunction
-In case of force majeure such as national emergency, power outage, natural disaster, etc.
-When the telecommunications service provider stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunication services
-When there is a problem with normal service use due to congestion of service use, etc.
③ In case of service interruption pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the site notifies members through notices in advance. However, if it is not possible to notify in advance about the interruption of the service due to reasons beyond the control of the site, it will be replaced by a post notice.
Article 10 Termination of service use
① If a member wishes to cancel the use contract with the site, the member himself/herself must apply for cancellation of registration online. On the other hand, a separate termination of the use contract for the site must be made separately from the place of use of the site.
② At the same time as the cancellation request, the site-related program provided by the site is automatically deleted from the member management screen, so the operator can no longer see the information of the cancellation applicant.
Article 11 Restrictions on service use
The member shall not engage in any of the following acts, and in the event of such acts, the site may restrict the member's use of the service and take appropriate measures, and may terminate the service contract or suspend the service by a fixed period.
① Registering false information when registering as a member or when changing information after registration
② Interfering with other people's use of the site or stealing information
③ Impersonating the site's management team, employees, or officials
④ Infringe on the moral rights or intellectual property rights of the site or other third parties or interfere with business
⑤ Improper use of other member's ID
⑥ Acts of collecting, storing, and disclosing personal information about other members without consent
⑦ Acts that are objectively judged to be associated with crime
⑧ Acts that violate other related laws
Article 12 Management of Posts
① The operator is responsible for the management and operation of the site's posts and materials. Operators should always monitor bad posts and materials, and when they discover or receive reports of bad posts and materials, they should delete the posts and materials and give notice to the registered members.
On the other hand, since the publisher is responsible for the postings posted by the user member, the members themselves should not post any posts that violate these terms and conditions.
② If there is a request for correction from a public institution such as the Information Communication Ethics Committee, the operator may delete or move the post without prior consent of the member.
3. The criteria for determining defective posts are as follows.
-In the case of content that severely insults or defames other members or third parties
-In case of disseminating or linking contents that violate public order and morals
-If the content promotes illegal copying or hacking
-If the advertisement is for profit
-If the content is objectively recognized as being associated with a crime
-In case of infringement of other rights such as copyright with other users or third parties
-If it is judged to be in violation of other related laws 4. Sites and operators may temporarily stop posting (stop transmission) when they receive a request to stop posting from a third party due to defamation or infringement of intellectual property rights, etc. If an agreement or other similar decision is made and received on the site, it will be followed.
Article 13 storage of posts
In the event that the site operator suspends this site due to unavoidable circumstances, we will make every effort to notify the members in advance and take all measures to facilitate the transfer of posts.
Article 14 Copyright for Posts
① The copyright of the posts posted by the member on the site belongs to the posted member. Also, the site may not use the post commercially without the consent of the publisher. However, this is not the case for non-profit purposes, and you also have the right to publish within the service.
② Members cannot commercially use the data posted on the service, such as arbitrarily processing and selling information acquired through the service.
③ The operator may delete, move, or refuse registration without prior notice if it is determined that the contents of the site or contents posted by the member fall under the subparagraphs of Article 12.
Article 15 compensation for damages
① All civil and criminal responsibilities arising from this site are the primary responsibility of the member.
② If the damages received by the member from this site are force majeure such as natural disasters, or caused by intentional or negligence of the member, compensation for damages is not made.
Article 16 Indemnification
① The operator is exempted from liability for damages arising from the member's failure to obtain the expected profits from the provision of services on the site or the selection or use of service materials.
② The operator is exempted from liability in case of failure of the service base of this site and the telecommunication service provided by other telecommunications companies, and any damages incurred in relation to the service base of this site shall comply with the terms and conditions of the site.
③ The operator is not responsible for any data stored, posted or transmitted by the member.
④ The operator is not responsible for any obstacles in service use due to reasons attributable to the member.
⑤ The operator is not responsible for any activities (including data transmission and other community activities) between members, between members and third parties, and other members' activities inside and outside this service.
⑥ The operator is not responsible for the authenticity, reliability, accuracy, etc. of the data posted or transmitted by the member and all data that the member can receive through this site.
⑦ The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the transaction of goods between members or between a member and a third party through service.
⑧ The operator is not responsible for any disputes between members or between members and a third party without reasons attributable to Sisap.
⑨ The operator is responsible for system failures that can occur without intentional or deliberate gross negligence in the process of managing, checking, repairing, or replacing facilities such as servers, or in the process of operating software, We are not responsible for any damages to members due to the distribution of computer viruses, etc., for which the response method has not been developed by research institutes or security related companies, or other force majeure reasons beyond the control of the operator.
Supplementary provisions
These terms will be effective from 14 April 2020.
